Robert David Yeoman, ASC (born March 10, 1951) is an American cinematographer, best known for his collaborations with directors Wes Anderson and Paul Feig. Robert Yeoman has been the cinematographer for nearly 50 films, including feature hits Yes Man, Bridesmaids, Get Him to the Greek and all of Wes Anderson’s live-action films (Bottlerocket, Rushmore, The Royal Tenenbaums, The Life Aquatic, The Darjeeling Limited, Moonrise Kingdom and The Grand Budapest Hotel).
The project was director of photography Robert Yeoman's eighth film with Anderson. Yeoman participated in an early scouting session with Anderson, recording footage with stand-in film crew to assess how certain scenes would unfold. Yeoman drew on Vittorio Storaro's dramatic lighting techniques in the romantic musical One From the Heart (1982).
