Daryl Frank Dragon. Profil: Keyboardist, songwriter and producer. Born August 27, 1942 in Los Angeles, California, USA. Died January 2, 2019 in Prescott, Arizona, USA. Dragon is best know as the Captain in the successful 1970s pop musical duo Captain & Tennille. In 1962, he became a member of the band Charles Wright & the Wright Sounds.
In 1996, Dragon played keyboard on a number of tracks on the self-titled album by pop punk band Size 14. In 2009, Dragon was diagnosed with a neurological disorder which causes him to have tremors. Dragon died on January 2, 2019 in Prescott, Arizona from renal failure at the age of 76. References
