Otis Clay (* 11. Februar 1942 in Waxhaw, Bolivar County, Mississippi; † 8. Januar 2016 [1]) war ein amerikanischer Blues -, Soul - und Rhythm-and-Blues - Sänger, dessen Wurzeln im Bereich des Gospel liegen. 2013 wurde er in die Blues Hall of Fame der Blues Foundation aufgenommen.
Clay was one of the 2013 inductees to the Blues Hall of Fame. In 2015 Otis published with Billy Price the album This Time For Real . During 2015, Otis Clay and Johnny Rawls won the Blues Blast Award for Soul Album of the Year for their album, Soul Brothers .
