The 2024 cohort comprises 75 new scholars of 29 different nationalities, with two thirds beginning PhDs.

  2. 18. Mai 2024 · Born at Chichester on September 14, 1937, Dr Duncan-Jones was the great grandson of E. S. Roberts, the 33rd Master of Caius, from 1903 to 1912. His grandfather, Arthur Stuart Duncan-Jones (1898), was Dean of the College. He moved along King’s Parade in October 1963 to Caius, when he was admitted as a WM Tapp Research Fellow in Classics.

Gonville & Caius College Fellow Professor Patrick Chinnery has been elected as a Fellow of the Royal Society, the UK’s national academy of sciences and the oldest science academy in continuous existence.
