The fair, which is held in May each year, has a lengthy and fascinating history that dates back to the Middle Ages.

Pinner Fair has been held annually since 1336, when it was granted by Royal Charter by King Edward III. The fair still draws thousand of people and families from Pinner and the surrounding areas in North West London.
22. Nov. 2000 · In 1336 King Edward III granted a fair to be held in Pinner at Midsummer, the feast of its patron saint St. John the Baptist. It provided a chance for the inhabitants to buy things not usually obtainable locally and offered some welcome diversion.
Pinner Fair 2022. Pinner Fair will take place on 1 June 22. A traditional annual Charter fair in the centre of Pinner. It has been taking place for nearly 700 years. The Fair is protected by an ancient charter which allows it to run each and every year.
