The Really Useful Group Ltd. (RUG) is an international company set up in 1977 by Andrew Lloyd Webber. It is involved in theatre, film, television, video and concert productions, merchandising, magazine publishing, records and music publishing.

The theatre has been owned since 1991 by Lloyd Webber's Really Useful Group. The theatre building also contains an underground car park, a cabaret venue, a basement nightclub, shops and a residential tower. In 2014, Lloyd Webber reorganized the group; the entity that owns the theatre is Really Useful Theatres.

Bridgepoint Capital was later bought out in 2005, meaning His Majesty’s was 100% owned by The Really Useful Group. Really Useful Theatres was later renamed to LW Theatres in 2018. On 6 May 2023 the theatre was renamed once again to His Majesty’s Theatre to mark The Coronation of Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla.
