Tom Allom (geb. vor 1970) ist ein britischer Musiker, Tontechniker und Schallplattenproduzent, der besonders in den 1970er- und 1980er-Jahren in der Rockmusik -Szene aktiv war. In Anlehnung an den Elvis-Presley -Manager „Colonel“ Tom Parker wird auch Allom gelegentlich der Titel Colonel beigelegt.

Thomas James Allom is an English record producer and sound engineer. His best-known work was in the 1970s and 1980s, working with artists such as Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, Krokus, Loverboy, Def Leppard, Kix and Rough Cutt. Allom is a member of the Music Producers Guild.
Thomas Allom (13 March 1804 – 21 October 1872) was an English architect, artist, and topographical illustrator. He was a founding member of what became the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). He designed many buildings in London, including the Church of St Peter's and parts of the elegant Ladbroke Estate in Notting Hill.
