Their app feels ancient 😂 You cant live track deliveries You have to email them to reach customer support or call the restaurant if you have a problem. (Should be in app) The overall restaurant quality isn't great.

11. Sept. 2021 · Lieferando : r/berlin. @&$! Lieferando. Yeah I should know better than to use Lieferando. I, however, did last Tuesday and the food was never delivered. I called the restaurant twice (Jambo burger) and they started pleading ignorance of everything the second time I called and wouldn’t help.
I own a restaurant and i can tell you the real difference between the 2 companies. Lieferando let the restaurants make their own prices (you have to give Lieferando a 30% share on every delivery so it makes sense to raise the prices a bit) while wolt doesn't and takes the 30% of what you sold anyway. i haven't subscribed for wolt because of ...
