Lois Etherington Betteridge OC was a Canadian silversmith, goldsmith, designer and educator, and a major figure in the Canadian studio craft movement.
27. Juni 2019 · Betteridge has been representing Canada at the senior ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships since 2017, competing in both the C-1 (canoe) and K-1 (kayak) events. She was first named to the national team in 2015 when she was just 17 years old.

Lois Betteridge (born December 17, 1997) is a Canadian slalom canoeist competing in both canoeing and kayaking competitions. She won the silver medal in the women's slalom C-1 event at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru.
Lois Etherington Betteridge is an award-winning goldsmith and silversmith. Her many achievements include the Saidye Bronfman Award for Excellence in Crafts (1978), the Order of Canada (1997) and the Guelph YM/YWCA Woman of Distinction Award for Lifetime Achievement (2002).
