12. Aug. 2021 · Kann diese Erfahrung ebenfalls bestätigen. Das Premium Abo kann in Einzelfällen helfen, aber da es auch andere nutzen, gleicht sich das wieder aus. Gefühlt ist bei Immoscout die Konkurrenz riesig, habe bei WG-Gesucht deutlich bessere Erfahrungen gemacht. Da gab es deutlich mehr Antworten von den Anzeigen und man muss nicht zahlen.

Ja es lohnt sich!!! Ich war 2 jahre lang in Köln auf Wohnungssuche, sogut wie keine Antworten erhalten… gefühlt sofort nach dem Kauf habe ich Antworten ohne Ende bekommen! Ob es dann am Ende klappt liegt an dir, Immoscout plus hilft dir lediglich gesehen zu werden und Besichtigungstermine zu erhalten. Reply reply.

Ich muss leider auch sagen, dass obwohl ich mich lange gesträubt habe (rund 1,5-2 Jahre), wir nach rund 2 oder 3 Monaten Plus dann tatsächlich ziemlich fix unsere aktuelle Wohnung bekommen haben. Wir wohnen jetzt nicht Köln, aber auch bei uns gibt's leider immer häufiger Schwierigkeiten bei der Wohnungssuche.
13. Aug. 2019 · Der Interessent schlägt möglicherweise mehr vor, als der Verkäufer/Vermieter möchte. Man kann den Preis ohne großen Aufwand "dynamisch" gestalten. It's... not exactly kosher from an IT security perspective, and it might technically be a violation of your bank's terms and conditions. But if you make absolutely sure you're dealing with immoscout and not some scammer, it's basically fine.
