The option to review your login activity in your PayPal account is not available at this time. PayPal always updates you via email if there's any new or unusual activity, like a log in from a new device or different location. You can always manage the devices you login in your PayPal account.

Contact customer assistance for help: click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US and select the PAYPAL GUEST option since you are locked out of that account.
