In your Options tab, check in the Advanced Options to change your download location to a local-to-you location. Sometimes the Auto options picks bad places to download from. If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated.

16. März 2013 · Select the " jre-7u17-windows-x64.exe " for Windows 7 x64. This will be the link second from the bottom of the list. When the download has completed, click on the .exe, and when prompted, click "Yes". Java's installer will open, when it does, click on Install. Allow Java the time, and internet to install properly.

From the modpacks menu, browse or search for FTB Infinity Evolved. Click on the three dots detail icon. Go to the Versions tab.
