If you're looking for decrypted ROMs they're in the megathread, they're 1fichier links which personally I don't like since you can only download like one file per day. Ziperto has decrypted ROMs too.
17. Apr. 2023 · When downloading games and extracting/decrypting them, follow this process: On the Archive page, go to Download Options, then select Show All. From here, find your desired ROM. Let's use Pokémon Omega Ruby (USA), listed under 3DS-1124, as an example.

Any file you download that isn't an executable file cannot be a virus. Rom Files cannot be infected with viruses. While executable files are indeed a common target for viruses and malicious software, it is overly simplistic to assert that files without the .exe extension are inherently safe.

17. Mai 2022 · bluedragon8633. Idk if OP needs this anymore, but to the people coming from Google: romsforever.co has almost always had working roms in several different regions/formats. It also has a much cleaner interface than some of these other sites, in my opinion. Edit: make sure you use an adblocker though, apparently it has popup issues.

Just stick with game carts if that's the case. hshop is fine. I don't know how you can "almost" brick a system. Its either bricked or not.
