Rating: (2687) Hello altin; If you pay attention to the post that was written in answer to Montalvo'as original question, you will see that the easiest way to understand the problems that activate the LEDs SF and BF, is to open the Diagnostic buffer and read the logged CPU messages that you find there.

14. Jan. 2023 · Hello, I also have a CPU 416-2DP ( 416-2XK01-0AB0). The CPU continue to be in RUN mode, but the LED's EXTF, EXTF and BUSF are always on. In the diagnostic buffer, are 120 registered errors. I have done cold and warm restart but nothing happen. Please may any one advise me what to do? Thank you.

My CP342-5 had been working without problem for 3 moths as SLAVE, someone add a new card (AO2/12Bit, 6AG1 332-5HB01-2AB0) to the HW configuration, and after the download, the CP342-5 began to flash the BUSF led. 12. Mai 2016 · If there is a BusF, then your configuration is very probably not correct. Please open the master's diagnostic buffer to find messaged that the CPU's OS logs when it encounters faults and other events that cause problems to its operations. You can save the buffer messages (button Save AS..) and attach the .txt file here so we may help you further.

After short ciruciting in profibus network in the field, CP 443-5 shows EXTF & BUSF fault (steady RED light).
