26. Juli 2021 · If anyone has ordered from IKEA online recently and could share their knowledge/experience, that would be greatly appreciated! That depends on how big your delivery is. If it‘s small enough they send it via DHL/DPD/etc otherwise they send a logistics company that can handle furniture and bigger deliveries.

Mai 2020 · So i've just dealt with this and the problem is likely that your bank is blocking the payment rather than ikea, even if your bank has sent you the text to confirm your purchase is not fraud. at least thats what happened to me. I called the bank and they removed the block on the payment and it went through straight away after that. hope this helps!

3. Aug. 2020 · I got my order today 3 of 14 items were delivered; not even packaged, just loose. 11 items including mattress were missing. Funniest thing was I got automated email from ikea saying all 14 items were delivered. Truck guy says he had only these given to him. Oxp says they will do bin check.
You're not going to give up and shop somewhere else because you can't. If you could, you wouldn't have come to ikea in the first place. They know you're going to keep pushing til you have given them your money. So why spend money on fixing it if they don't have to. This is why monopolies are bad. 11.
