7. Aug. 2023 · Upon some googling from Chrome, I found that some settings/certificate issues in Kaspersky may cause this. So, I tried exiting Kaspersky Internet Security and Firefox works as usual. I am using: Windows 11 Version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.2070) Firefox 116.0.1 Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3.10.391 (K) How can I fix the issue? Thanks

14. Sept. 2022 · Disable Self-Defense via Settings -> General. Exit Kaspersky product, on the Windows Taskbar or hidden icons, right-click the Kaspersky icon, select Exit. Go to folder C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\ and rename the folder Report to Report1. Start Kaspersky Internet Security.

25. Aug. 2023 · Sofern Windows 11 es nutzt kann Kaspersky sie nicht nutzen und anders herum. Falls du unbedingt also Win 11 Installieren willst dann deinstalliere für diesen kurzen Zeitraum Kaspersky ( danach neu starten) und dann starte den Upgrade Prozess von Windows 11. Eine andere Lösung fällt mir grad nicht ein.

Go to folder C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Report\ and delete the contents = all files and folders. Enable Self-Defense. Shutdown the computer, using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login.
