The Nottingham Ice Racing Club (NIRC) is Nottingham's short track speed skating club. We aim to provide an environment where anyone interested in short track speed skating can learn in a safe enjoyable atmosphere.

20. Aug. 2021 · Competition for places in the GB Short Track Speed Skating Performance squad is hotting up after two days of skating at the Nottingham selection event. The squad selected will go on to represent GB at the European and World Championships, as well as World Cups.
24. Aug. 2022 · A short track speed skating selection event will be held at the National Ice Centre, Nottingham on 16th September to select the GB Senior Performance Squad for the 2022/23 season. The event will run on 16th September as an open event, under ISU/BIS racing rules.
