Évêque constitutionnel. Né le 1er septembre 1727, à Thann (Haut-Rhin), guillotiné à Paris le 26 avril 1794. Premier évêque député à prêter serment à la Constitution civile du clergé, il fut élu évêque de Paris le 13 mars 1791. Non reconnu par Rome.
