My Amazon UK Account was deactivated after a business name change. I’ve spent hours sending in the documentation they have requested and they will not respond. They keep sending the same email saying your account has been closed with no reason. Based on the above post, we understand you have concerns related to account deactivation.
According to the OTDR for Amazon UK (this being the UK forum, its what we would go on) states they recommend you keep an OTDR above 97%, however, there is apparently no penalty if you fall below this percentage. Hello to everyone! My home market is Amazon.DE and I have only fba listings. A disposal fee has been charged at Amazon. UK, I believe by mistake because this fee is related with an order with both invoicing and delivery address in Germany.
