Andy Mill was primarily a downhiller, and was the best in the US in that event from 1974-81. At the 1976 Winter Olympics, he severely sprained his right ankle in training only a few days before the downhill.
Andy Mill is a former US alpine skier who competed in two Winter Olympics, finishing sixth in downhill in 1976. He also worked as a ski commentator and a tarpon fisherman, and was married to Chris Evert.
