Li Ching-Lin was an agent working for MI6 who was secretly working for Fu Manchu. Lin was considered so brutal and dangerous by MI6's director Fah Lo Suee that she hired Denis Nayland Smith and Shang-Chi to eliminate him.

5. Sept. 2021 · Debuting in Master of Kung Fu #115 in 1982, Death Dealer's real name is Li Ching-Lin, and he is a member of the British espionage organization, MI6. However, it's later revealed that he's a double agent for Shang-Chi's evil father, Fu Manchu. Once his treachery is discovered, Shang-Chi is dispatched to catch him.
