Gefühlt ist bei Immoscout die Konkurrenz riesig, habe bei WG-Gesucht deutlich bessere Erfahrungen gemacht. Da gab es deutlich mehr Antworten von den Anzeigen und man muss nicht zahlen.
31. März 2023 · Depends what you mean by safe. As a platform it is very trustworthy, reliable and known. But that does not mean it wouldn't be full of rogue advertisments from third parties trying to scam you. Also, don't pay for the premium package they offer. That's wasted money.
23. Jan. 2022 · Personally for me the best feature was the included SCHUFA and the portfolio maker. The portfolio can be exported to pdf and be sent in other platforms too lol. I didn't manage to actually take too much advantage of it anyways, i was given an apartment much quicker than expected and paid 2 months for nothing.
16. Aug. 2022 · Hi for the new people if you sign a contract for 1 year and want to cancel then try to chat with them on the website and explain how you are unable to pay because you don't know about the contract. So as goodwill, they cancel your contract. 842K subscribers in the germany community.

Now with regard to your question whether or not is worth to pay for services to Immoscout24: NO it is not.

3. Nov. 2023 · Hello everyone! This is the first time I have ever ordered a SCHUFA-score for me. I was advised to have it ordered through ImmoScout24 which I did. Now on the webpage, it is kind of forcing me to test their "Mieterplus" service free of cost for one month in which I am not interested. I have attached the screenshot for reference.
