1. Feb. 2024 · Santander online banking is down this morning. There have been multiple reports on downdetector.co.uk and on the Santander X site. Santander say they are aware and are working on it but also that the app is working fine. I can concur with that having just logged into the app. MACKEM99 Posts: 968 Forumite.
20. Mai 2024 · Received my "Account Summary" for the 2023/24 tax year today. I received an email from Santander this afternoon to say my annual interest Account Summary (to 5th April 2024) was available to download. The summary was sent to my Santander online mailbox yesterday, 30th May 2024. It looks like you're new here.
23. Sept. 2024 · I only have experience of transferring a maturing Santander fixed rate ISA away to another provider but as that went smoothly, I wouldn't expect there to be any issues with an internal transfer. It may just take a day or so for the new account to show in online banking.

I'm trying to open a Paypal account linked to my Santander bank account but it's asking for the address of my bank on the direct debit form. I opened the bank account over the phone to bank online and whilst I have a card, account number and sort code, I have no address details.

I don't have any outstanding balance, and I rarely use it. If I were to use it, I would pay off the balance in full.
16. Dez. 2022 · 16 December 2022 at 11:12AM. I've got a Santander 123 account (not Lite) which pays interest of 1.5% and 3% cashback on bills. The fee is £2. I'm thinking of changing this to an Edge account which pays no interest, the fee is £3 and just 1% cashback on bills. However, it does have the 4% savings account.
2. März 2024 · Santander is my main account and I usually log in daily. Most times I use the app (old version usually but sometimes also the new). Occasionally, I have to use online banking, e.g. to change an SO. I use Chrome for online banking, and the app is on iPhone. I can’t recall any login or other usability issues.
20. Apr. 2023 · 24 April 2023 at 8:01AM. Can someone help. I qualified for the £50 e voucher from Santander. Received the 16 digit code and the pin ok, together with instructions. Went to the onecode website as instructed, no reference to Santander on it. Entered my 16 digit code and pressed shop and nothing happened. Thanks.
23. Okt. 2014 · Santander's daily Faster Payment limit is £100k, though if you're going up that high it needs to be done over the phone (not sure what the max online limit is). If you want to transfer more in one day then it needs to be a CHAPS transfer (with a fee).
13. Nov. 2015 · I actually asked Santander this, once via my secure messages and once via Twitter. They both gave different addresses! One was the Bradford one, can't remember the other now. I used the Bradford one, but as several have said, it probably doesn't matter so long as the sort code and account number are correct.
