Manlio Giovanni Brosio (* 10. Juli 1897 in Turin; † 14. März 1980 ebenda) war ein italienischer Politiker ( PLI) und Diplomat. Er war Botschafter Italiens in der Sowjetunion (1946–51), Großbritannien (1952–54), den USA (1955–61) und Frankreich (1961–64) sowie von 1964 bis 1971 NATO-Generalsekretär.

Manlio Giovanni Brosio (ur. 10 lipca 1897 w Turynie, zm. 14 marca 1980 tamże) – włoski prawnik, dyplomata i polityk. W latach 1964-1971 sprawował funkcję sekretarza generalnego NATO. Brosio był absolwentem wydziału prawa Uniwersytetu Turyńskiego. W czasie I wojny światowej służył jako oficer w oddziałach Alpini.
23. März 2009 · Manlio Brosio was chosen by the North Atlantic Council to succeed Dirk Stikker as Secretary General of NATO in 1964. Born in 1897, Manlio Brosio studied law at the University of Turin and, during World War I, served as an artillery officer in an Alpine regiment.
Manlio Brosio is the Secretary General who saw the move from Paris to Brussels in 1967. He inaugurated the new NATO Headquarters in Brussels where, at the last minute, rolls of lawn had to be laid down for the day of the opening ceremony to avoid sinking in mud.
