Milton was established as a coeducational day school, and preparation for college was the primary goal of the school’s program. Just after the school’s centennial, reacting to a marked increase in the interest of separate education for young women, the Academy was divided into separate schools.
King Theatre Gets Wicked Sketchy. The Milton Academy Performing Arts department presents Wicked Sketchy in King Theatre. The show is general admission and no tickets are required. The performances begin at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 16 and Friday, May 17, and at 7 p.m. on Saturday, May 18. Watch the show’s promo trailer here.
