To share purchases, go to you profile/Online Account and verify the same email address on those different devices. Goko / Making Fun purchases.
That company eventually changed their name to Goko, and Goko Dominion became the first official Dominion web client. A few years in, Goko seemed to be having financial problems. They got purchased by another company called Making fun.
Goko was the name of the company that developed Dominion Online (with some help, probably lots, from an outsourced company called Agility). They appear to no longer exist, and Dominion Online is now being developed by Making Fun, Inc. A lot of us still call the online version "goko." Silly as the name is, it's admittedly catchy.
