Sir Alfred „Alf“ Ernest Ramsey war ein englischer Fußballspieler und -trainer. International bekannt wurde er als Trainer, der die englische Fußballnationalmannschaft zum Sieg bei der Fußball-Weltmeisterschaft 1966 führte. 1967 wurde er zum Ritter geschlagen.
