Two wealthy aristocrats lure a virginal girl to a Spanish island for a night of sex, death and cannibalism. Holed up in their lavish coastal villa nestled in the heart of their secluded private island, the decadent and fabulously rich aristocrats, Count Rabor Zaroff and his wife Countess Ivanna Zaroff, devote themselves to their morbid customs.
Countess Perverse is essentially a quickie sexploitation riff on The Most Dangerous Game, albeit one shot through with a DeSade-inspired themes of decadent rich people and master/slave relationships.
When a lovely young girl gets caught in a sinister web of sex and romance, she is transported to the cruel island and left to be hunted by the titular countess.
