Nathan Peter Larson is an American guitarist, singer, songwriter, and author. He came to prominence in the 1990s as the guitarist for the rock group Shudder to Think. He has since worked on many film score compositions.

Shudder to Think, 1996. L-R: Craig Wedren, Nathan Larson, Kevin March, and Stuart Hill. Shudder to Think was an American alternative rock band. Formed in 1986, they released three albums on the Washington, D.C. -based label Dischord Records, and two on Epic Records.
Colonia is the second studio album by A Camp, the collaborative side project between The Cardigans vocalist Nina Persson, her husband, composer Nathan Larson and former Atomic Swing guitarist Niclas Frisk.
Larson is a producer, performer, and writer of music and prose, but his primary focus has been composing film scores. His first project as a solo composer was the film Boys Don't Cry, although as a band Shudder To Think scored the film High Art, and contributed songs to Todd Haynes' Velvet Goldmine prior to this.
A Camp is the solo side project of Nina Persson, vocalist for the Swedish indie pop band The Cardigans, her husband, composer Nathan Larson, and former Atomic Swing guitarist Niclas Frisk. Persson formed A Camp when The Cardigans took a break after several years of touring and the recording of their 1998 album Gran Turismo .
