Richard Ferrand (* 1. Juli 1962 in Rodez, Frankreich) ist ein französischer Politiker (seit 2016 La République en Marche, zuvor Parti Socialiste ). Er gehörte seit 2012 der Nationalversammlung an und war vom 12. September 2018 bis zu seinem Ausscheiden aus dem Parlament im Juni 2022 ihr Präsident.
Membre du Parti socialiste (PS) de 1980 à 2016, il est élu conseiller général du Finistère en 1998, conseiller régional de Bretagne en 2010 et député en 2012. À l' Assemblée nationale, il est notamment rapporteur général de la loi Macron. Après avoir appartenu à l'aile gauche du PS, il se rapproche alors d' Emmanuel Macron.
