Roparz Hemon, à l'état-civil Louis Paul Némo, né le 18 novembre 1900 à Brest et mort le 29 juin 1978 à Dublin (Irlande), était un linguiste, romancier, journaliste et poète français de langue bretonne, actif dans le mouvement breton, impliqué dans la collaboration pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale.

Louis-Paul Némo (18 November 1900 – 29 June 1978), better known by the pseudonym Roparz Hemon, was a Breton author and scholar of Breton expression. He was the author of numerous dictionaries, grammars, poems and short stories.

Roparz Hemon (born Louis P. Nemo), Breton writer and scholar, was born in Brest, France, the second of six children. He trained as an English teacher, studying English and History at Leeds University.
