Calvary Cemetery is a Roman Catholic cemetery that the Archdiocese of Los Angeles runs in the community of East Los Angeles, California. It is also called "New Calvary Cemetery" because it succeeded the original Calvary Cemetery (on north Broadway), over which Cathedral High School was built.

Calvary Cemetery | Calvary Mortuary (FD1681) is among the oldest and largest cemeteries in Los Angeles, and it is minutes from the heart city. On the gently rolling parkland are the Stations of the Cross, placed at intervals along the main drive, prayed on Sundays in Lent and in November.
Those five Jewish cemeteries, along with ones operated by the Serbian, Russian Molokan, and Chinese communities as well as Evergreen and Calvary cemeteries, created a rich landscape of mourning and memorialization in East Los Angeles.
4. Nov. 2016 · The Archdiocese of Los Angeles maintains 12 cemeteries, ranging from Pomona to Santa Barbara to the Mausoleum at Our Lady of Angels Cathedral. A couple of weeks ago, I decided to visit the mother of them all: Calvary Cemetery in East L.A. The original Calvary Cemetery was on North Broadway.
