Enemy Ace (German: Feindliches Ass) is a DC Comics property about the adventures of a skilled but troubled German anti-hero and flying ace in World War I and World War II, Hans von Hammer, known to the world as "The Hammer of Hell".
George Pratt (* 13. Oktober 1960 in Beaumont, Texas) ist ein US-amerikanischer Comiczeichner, Illustrator, Künstler und Autor. Leben. 1980 ging Pratt nach New York, um am Pratt Institute Kunst zu studieren. Sein erster grafischer Roman, Enemy Ace: War Idyll, wurde mit nahezu jedem bedeutenden Preis der Comicliteratur ausgezeichnet.

In 1990, DC published Pratt's first graphic novel, Enemy Ace: War Idyll, which was nominated for both the Eisner Award and the Harvey Award. Enemy Ace: War Idyll has been translated into nine languages and at one point was on the required reading list at West Point. [1]
