März 2022 · Parker0002. •. normally always handled my issues, someone got into the email on my epic account though recently and the support has been horrid to get my account back even when i have access to the first email and all the receipts and everything honestly disappointed when i’ve spent over 2,000$ on the game.

12. Nov. 2023 · Epic games support. I contacted epic games support due to issues with my acc. They said that they want to continue the conversation over email. It has been 3 days and I have still not recieved a response from them about the next steps to resolve my issues. They said that they might be delayed with responses due to the large number of inquiries.
