If it‘s small enough they send it via DHL/DPD/etc otherwise they send a logistics company that can handle furniture and bigger deliveries.

Mai 2020 · So i've just dealt with this and the problem is likely that your bank is blocking the payment rather than ikea, even if your bank has sent you the text to confirm your purchase is not fraud. at least thats what happened to me. I called the bank and they removed the block on the payment and it went through straight away after that. hope this helps!
It only started in the last year or two. Prior to that, IKEA Family prices were for a select family of items that rotated every month or two months or whatever. This month Beds are 15% for Family members, next month Dressers are 15%, after that certain Sofas are 15% off, and so on.
You're not going to give up and shop somewhere else because you can't. If you could, you wouldn't have come to ikea in the first place. They know you're going to keep pushing til you have given them your money. So why spend money on fixing it if they don't have to. This is why monopolies are bad. 11.

23. Juli 2018 · When you order online from IKEA, this is what you need to understand. Ikea has your money. They give your stuff to a shipping company. That shipping company then gives it out to a sub contracted "local" shipping company. If the Ikea customer rep "assures" you that it will be delivered on "this day", they are not being truthful to put it nicely.

16. Juli 2019 · Online chat is a joke with all kinds of excuses that are not answers but are long dreaded reasons that some purchases may not be available, and to give a number so they would check. I had asked for only 1 item I could actually buy. The chat box live agent did not even care to do it. I think they hire deranged freaks right now, or factual physical monkeys.
