Sept. 2024 · Also , this account is my msn account , which is now outlook online, so I changed my iPhone to outlook, but it did not have all my past emails on it ( as are online) I am so confused . 20. Juli 2024 · Thanks for your post in Microsoft Community. I understand your concern. MSN.com email service is not discontinued, but its mailbox service is now managed by Outlook.com. Therefore, your @msn.com mailbox can still be used. If you are having trouble downloading new emails, it may be due to a configuration or synchronization issue.
