Rondebosch Common is a National Monument and an important conservation area for the critically endangered Cape Flats Sand Fynbos vegetation. This type of fynbos exists only in Cape Town, and has become critically endangered due to the urban development which has covered most of the Cape Flats.

1891, 2020. Rondebosch Fountain is an ornamental Victorian drinking trough for horses, standing on a traffic island on the intersection between Belmont Road and Main Road in the centre of Rondebosch in Cape Town, South Africa. It was declared a National Monument on 10 April 1964.

Rondebosch. 33° 58′ ZB, 18° 29′ OL. Het hoofdgebouw van de Universiteit van Kaapstad. Rondebosch is een voorstad van Kaapstad met bijna 15.000 inwoners. De plaats ligt aan de zuidkant van Kaapstad en is vooral in trek bij de Engelstalige blanke inwoners van de hoofdstad van de provincie Westkaap.
