Follo er området som ligger mellom Oslo og Østfold, på østsiden av Oslofjorden. Det består av de seks kommunene Nesodden, Frogn, Nordre Follo, Vestby, Ås og Enebakk (de søndre delene Dalefjerdingen og Ytre av Enebakk kommune). Likevel inngår Enebakk i sin helhet administrativt i Follo.
