Adolph Green was a songwriter, author and actor who collaborated with Betty Comden on many popular musicals, such as "Wonderful Town", "On the Town" and "Fade Out - Fade In". He also wrote lyrics for "New York, New York", "The Party's Over" and "Just in Time". He won seven Tony Awards and was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame.
