Aisling Clíodhnadh O'Sullivan (born 16 March 1984), known professionally as Aisling Bea (/ ˈ æ ʃ l ɪ ŋ ˈ b iː / ASH-ling BEE), is an Irish comedian, actress and screenwriter. She created, wrote and starred in the comedy series This Way Up on Channel 4.

Aisling Bea is an Irish actor, comedian, and writer who won a BAFTA for Breakthrough Talent in 2020. She also won the British Comedy Award for Best Female TV Comic in 2014 and the So You Think You're Funny? competition in 2012.
