Albio B. Sires (/ ˈ æ l b i oʊ ˈ s ɪ r ɪ s / AL-bee-oh SIRR-iss; born January 26, 1951) is a Cuban-born American businessman and politician serving as the mayor of West New York, New Jersey, since 2023 and previously from 1995 to 2006. He is a member of the Democratic Party.

He supports universal background checks, reinstituting the assault weapons ban, gun buyback programs and many other gun safety measures.
