Alfred Lennon (14 December 1912 – 1 April 1976), also known as Freddie Lennon, was an English seaman and singer who was best known as the father of musician John Lennon. Alfred spent many years in an orphanage with his sister, Edith, after his father died. Lennon married Julia Stanley in 1938.

3. Okt. 2016 · After the day’s filming at London’s Scala Theatre, John Lennon attended a meeting with his father Fred. George Harrison and Ringo Starr were also present. During the morning of 1 April 1964, Alf Lennon walked into the offices of NEMS Enterprises, on the fifth floor of Sutherland House, 5-6 Argyll Street, London.
