Andrew Wickham (9 May 1947 – 29 March 2022) was a British native who became prominent in the U.S. music business as a producer, A&R director, and talent scout in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s.
Born in Roswell, New Mexico, Andy was adopted at birth by an Air Force officer and a career nurse, who were relocated out of state when he was only four months old. The arts came naturally to Andy, who lived in the theatre department during high school and was consistently voted class clown.
I’m Andy Wickham, an actor and writer who was born in New Mexico, grew up in Idaho, and spent most of my professional life in Los Angeles. I earned my way into SAG-AFTRA with voice work and am an experienced stage actor. Some of the lessons I’ve learned which are present in all my work include: – Never waste people’s time.
Wickham was a 20-year-old Englishman who had arrived in America two years earlier to become a precocious mover and shaker on the Los Angeles music scene.
Response is the fourth commercial studio album by contemporary worship musician Phil Wickham. It was released on October 4, 2011 by label Fair Trade Services, his fourth album released under that label. The album was produced by Brown Bannister and Pete Kipley .
