Anne Catherine Case, Lady Deaton, (born July 27, 1958) is an American economist who is currently the Alexander Stewart 1886 Professor of Economics and Public Affairs, emeritus, at Princeton University.

Anne Case is a professor emeritus of economics and public affairs at Princeton University, and a research associate of the NBER and the Pardee RAND Graduate School. She has written extensively on health over the life course, and has been awarded the Kenneth J. Arrow Prize and the Cozzarelli Prize for her work on economic status and health status in childhood and midlife. She is also a member of the National Academy of Sciences, the National Academy of Medicine, and the American Philosophical Society.
