In this film, Bandit (Brian Bloom) is approached by the beautiful young woman Crystal (Kathy Ireland), who is on the run from her boyfriend, the gangster boss Lucky (Tony Curtis). Crystal and Bandit steal a bus and run away, chased by Lucky's tough guys, the local police and the FBI.
