  1. Benedictus Polonus (polnisch: Benedykt Polak, * um 1200; † um 1280) war ein polnischer Franziskaner aus Breslau, der 1245–47 an der Reise von Johannes de Plano Carpini in die Mongolei teilnahm. Die Reise hatte zum Ziel den mongolischen Großkhan dazu zu bewegen die Überfälle auf die christlichen Länder einzustellen.

  2. Benedict of Poland (Latin: Benedictus Polonus, Polish Benedykt Polak) (c. 1200 – c. 1280) was a Polish Franciscan friar, traveler, explorer, and interpreter. Benedict accompanied Giovanni da Pian del Carpine in his journey as delegate of Pope Innocent IV to the Great Khan Güyük of the Mongol Empire in 1245–1247.
