  5. Bengt Wilhelm Hallberg was born on 13 May 1824 and died 4 May 1883. He received degrees as organist and church singer in 1845, cantor scholae in 1848 and music teacher in 1849, all at the Royal Conservatory of Music, and he also studied composition under Franz Berwald.
