Rufus Thomas, född 26 mars 1917 i Cayce i Marshall County, Mississippi, död 15 december 2001 i Memphis, Tennessee, var en amerikansk sångare och komiker. Han var far till Carla Thomas och Vaneese Thomas , båda sångare, och keyboardisten Marvell Thomas (1941–2017) [ 1 ] .
