Big Maceo Merriweather (* 31. März 1905 in Atlanta; † 23. Februar 1953 in Chicago ), eigentlich Major Merriweather, war ein einflussreicher US-amerikanischer Blues -Pianist. Bereits in jungen Jahren spielte Merriweather Piano in Bars und auf Tanzveranstaltungen in Atlanta.

Major "Big Maceo" Merriweather (March 31, 1905 – February 23, 1953) was an American pianist and blues singer. He was mainly active in Chicago through the 1940s.
Big Maceo Merriweather was one of the most prominent blues recording artists of the 1940s, famed not only for his powerful piano work but for his expressive singing on hits such as Worried Life Blues.
