Roger McGuinn, bis 1968 bekannt als Jim McGuinn (eigentlich James Joseph McGuinn; * 13. Juli 1942 in Chicago, Illinois ), ist ein US-amerikanischer Musiker. Er war in den 1960er und 1970er Jahren eine der einflussreichsten Persönlichkeiten der amerikanischen Folkrock -Szene. Bekannt wurde er vor allem als Gründungsmitglied und Frontmann der Byrds .
